Dave C. Milton, President
Dave Milton combines a distinguished career in construction management with hands-on experience in the trades. He understands all the aspects and phases of construction that go into successful completion of projects large and small, from top to bottom.

Prior to his academic training at the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Building Construction, he worked for Mosley and Son Construction Inc. of Stuart, Florida as a lead carpenter, mason and equipment operator. Following college, Dave joined Richard K. Davis Construction Corporation as a project manager. In addition to the myriad standard responsibilities of a project manager,
he negotiated contracts, developed bids and developed in-house organizational systems to improve administrative efficiency.

Dave spent the next 6 years as president of Milton Construction Associates, Inc., building primarily on Florida's Treasure Coast. In 2009, Dave and his family left for Colorado to assist his friends at Quaker Ridge Camp and Conference Center with the completion of their 30,000 square foot rustic lodge and conference center. Dave is now in charge of Facilities Services and Construction for the 447 acre camp that contains over 20 buildings. His passion for construction has been supplemented with a new desire to organize and implement facilities operations and maintenance services. 2011 marks Dave's 25th year of experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining buildings.
